Actually that would be fine if they had told me ahead that they’ll be late but only informed me after 45 mins past original appointment. There were some debris and dirt left in my home after the cleaning services, would have given another star if they cleaned more thoroughly the floor/ affected area after the process. Overall they did a thorough job, wore mask during the job and was willing to sanitize hands before entering premise. Booking process was smooth and got a slot very quickly. Very responsive and proactive. |
