Audience definition: Designing for multiple stakeholders

We structured the identity direction around real stakeholder needs, including:
- operators evaluating value and practicality
- candidates evaluating team and culture
- investors and major buyers evaluating story and traction
- general audiences arriving through media and discovery

Moodboard → proposals → final direction
We progressed from inspiration and positioning into multiple logo proposals, then refined toward a final mark aligned with the brand’s future direction.
